Disclosures

launch x is an independent product, operated by to be published. This page sets out who it is not affiliated with, what the protocol token is not, and how to read the figures published here.

Effective date: to be published. Version 1.0. Applies to the launch x site, protocol and token.

Not affiliated with X Corp.

launch x is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or connected to X Corp., X Money or any X company. We pay out through X Money in the same way anyone with an account can send money through it. That is the entire extent of the relationship.

X does not review which tokens are registered, who is paid, what appears on this site, or anything published by launch x.

Not affiliated with the launchpad or the chain

launch x is not affiliated with or endorsed by pons, Pons Labs, Robinhood or any exchange. It reads the public on-chain data those platforms produce and acts on it, as any other participant can. Whether a launchpad keeps supporting third-party creator fee recipients is its decision, and a change on its side changes what launch x can do.

Recipients have not endorsed anything

A token can name any X account, and that account does not need to agree, know in advance or take any action. A recipient appearing on this site has not endorsed the token that named them, has not endorsed launch x and has not endorsed anything else.

Do not read a payment, a listing, a leaderboard position or a receipt as approval, partnership, sponsorship or involvement of any kind. Naming an account in order to imply otherwise breaches the terms of use.

A named account can opt out at any time: ask at to be published, or through @xmoneyfees on X, and the handle goes on the do-not-pay list.

What the protocol token is not

The protocol token is not an investment, a security, a share, a fund interest or a claim on revenue. It confers no ownership of launch x, no entitlement to fees, no governance right, no dividend and no promise of return. Holding it changes nothing about how the protocol behaves.

It is launched through this same form, on the same terms as any other token, and the 25% buyback share is spent buying it and burning it. The one thing that makes it different is that its own creator fees are not split: they pay for running the service.

Trademarks

X, X Money, pons and Robinhood are trademarks of their owners. They are used here to describe the services this product reads from and pays through, not to claim any association with them.

Figures shown on this site

Amounts owed are computed from claims already made on chain, converted at the ETH/USD rate published by a Chainlink feed at the time the page was built. They are estimates, not balances held for anyone, and they move with the rate. Amounts paid are historical and do not move.

Owed and sent figures shown against an individual token are that token's share of its recipient's balance, apportioned by how much of the recipient's claimed fees that token accounts for.

Forward-looking statements

Anything on this site about what launch x will do, support or pay in future is a statement of intent, not a commitment, and may change without notice.

Not advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Risk

Tokens on a bonding curve can be volatile and can lose all their value. Transactions submitted through your wallet are irreversible. The contracts this product reads have not been audited by us. The payout rail depends on a third party that can change its terms or close an account at any time.

Availability and eligibility

The service is not offered where it would be unlawful. Whether a payment can be accepted depends on X Money's own eligibility rules in the recipient's country, which launch x does not control.
